Terms

Permission is granted to use the materials on Read Art web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

a) Stencils are ideal for home crafting projects or in-person paint parties, offering hands-on creativity. However, their use is restricted to physical settings, excluding any online or digital applications.
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Read Art web site.
d) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
e) transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any copied/downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Current financial membership subscribers have the right to use designs in the membership for IN PERSON paint parties ONLY. If membership is cancelled or not financially up-to-date, permission is terminated for use and copied or modified designs can no longer be used for your in person events or promotions.
